1 Basic Tart Crust (unbaked)
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raspberry jam
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare Basic Tart Crust in a 9" tart pan.
Combine eggs, sugar, melted butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into the crust.
Bake for 15 minutes or until filling is set.
Remove from oven; cool before removing from pan.
Spread raspberry jam on the top of the tart and serve.
